I had reservations that I would not be able to do the exercises correctly, but Nobel was able to make the workouts very easy to follow and the exercises could be modified slightly to suit my limitations.

My goals were to lose weight and the tummy fat and through PT with Nobel, I was able to lose 3kgs and 5cm off both the waist and hips and achieve an overall slimmer body.

Before I started training with Nobel I was thinking about how I would manage on a weight loss plan and whether Nobel would be able to motivate me and support me on that path. Once we started, his open minded approach helped and provided the support and extra push when it was required.

I wanted to lose weight and gain some upper body muscle mass. In the period of time when I focused on training I have managed to drastically reduce my weight and gain muscle which also makes me feel better mentally too.

He is a very knowledgeable PT, very patient and can make your routines efficient but also he knows how to bring variety so you don’t get bored. He is really current in regards with new eating and exercising tendencies. It was fun to train with him I always looked forward to my session and I really liked the exercises were not only using the gym machines but my own body weight and balance and that he creates exercises where you use more than one muscle group and improve balance and posture. He is also a great cook and knows how to make healthy eating delicious and fun.

Before I started training with Nobel, I didn’t understand the proper posture for certain exercises and didn’t really have much knowledge regarding purpose of each exercise. Through his training he has helped me to be aware of the importance of correct posture during exercises, my body composition is now equally distributed rather than just being arms and chest. I have more muscles and much stronger now. Nobel has also shared many recipes with me which I have found interesting and really healthy!
