The aim of this program is to deliver a system which keeps you accountable and bring about mindfulness in relation to how your actions influence your health.

In order for this to work, communication is key and once the program kicks off, you and I will be communicating regularly. The importance of this process is that it’s going to allow us to see what’s working and what’s not, and why.

There are so many new diets around these days it can be confusing as to what’s best, but I believe that nutrition should be made easier. In order to create better nutritional habits it’s important to understand why we eat the way we do. So I will help you to understand where your challenges lie so that we can find a way for you to achieve the results that you want.

Before joining the program, I was not too sure about how I was going to commit to eating healthier and maintaining an exercise routine. I used to train with Nobel in Brunei and while I was there those two clases a week kept me fit and toned. I'm starting to realize the importance of "you are what you eat". Exercise by itself won't help you lose weight, the same as walking for an hour won't do it too!

Exercise helps keep lost pounds off, but exercise alone can't do the initial job of losing it. Exercise, if hard enough and long enough, certainly can do this, but again, it depends on how much, what type and how hard. It's what you eat really does matter.

And today I achieved my dream goals, 48.3kg. I'm back to my previous weight back when I was a flight attendant back in 2010!

Losing my gut has been my main goal and starting Nobel's online coaching program has been the real kick in the pants I needed to start dropping some kgs. He's always there to listen and has been the voice in my ear to motivate me to workout and help to maintain my food intake. Before I started this program, I was scared about my commitment and discipline. Nobel was able to make me feel comfortable by genuinely being helpful through the process.
