In order to create better nutritional habits it’s important to understand why we eat the way we do. So I will help you to understand where your challenges lie so that we can find a way for you to achieve the results that you want.

I'm starting to realize the importance of "you are what you eat". Exercise by itself won't help you lose weight, the same as walking for an hour won't do it too!
Exercise helps keep lost pounds off, but exercise alone can't do the initial job of losing it. Exercise, if hard enough and long enough, certainly can do this, but again, it depends on how much, what type and how hard. It's what you eat really does matter.
And today I achieved my dream goals, 48.3kg. I'm back to my previous weight back when I was a flight attendant back in 2010!
