
No Gi
No gi is faster paced and uses a lot more wrestling-based takedowns. The lack of Gi grips will force you to work on your explosiveness and control in a different way than with the Gi. Train in both gi and no gi to become a well-rounded grappler.

Our Junior Grapplers program is aimed at familiarizing your child with the fundamental movements and concepts of BJJ. With consistent attendance, they should develop discipline and build confidence.
