A group of Year 6 students from Pengiran Setia Negara Pengiran Mohd Yusof Primary School and their teachers made an educational visit to The Refinery, Kuala Belait’s premier Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) academy recently.
The students were welcomed by The Refinery’s Head Coach Nobel Lee who gave a brief introduction to the martial art.
The students later had the opportunity to participate and try some techniques on one another. The Refinery runs Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in Kuala Belait throughout the week, offering classes for beginners, intermediate level, kids classes for ages five to 12, and a women-only class.
